NFL Draft: Seahawks picks, plus when and how to watch
By Lee Vowell
Hey football fans! Something important is starting tonight. The NFL Draft is upon us. What will the Seahawks do? Here’s what you need to know.
The NFL Draft takes place over three days. On Thursday, the first round occurs. Friday is when the second and third rounds happen. And on Saturday, the fourth through seventh rounds will take place.
This draft is extremely important for the Seattle Seahawks, but the team is not currently positioned to make many high round picks. In fact, Seattle only has the number 18 pick in the first round and none in the second and third rounds. Expect this to change.
It is nearly unfathomable to imagine John Schneider staying with the cards he currently has, which are…

One pick in the first 119 picks for the Seahawks? No. This will not happen.
Earl Thomas, though, is still a member of Seattle’s team, so he hasn’t been dealt for draft picks. He could still be, but it is looking unlikely. So how exactly will Seattle move up or around or down?
Schneider has a habit of trading down. Expect this to happen tonight, possibly trading the number 18 pick for two second rounders. Or something like that anyway. It should be fun to see what actually happens.
