The Seahawks named their inactives for Sunday’s game against Los Angeles and one unit is hurting. Plus, K.J. Wright continues to be out.

To be honest, the Seahawks probably need to be nearly completely healthy to stop the Rams from winning on Sunday. Los Angeles comes into the game undefeated and Seattle is struggling for playoff life.

The Seahawks, though, will once again be without linebacker K.J. Wright. Wright’s absence is not unexpected. The linebacker was probably supposed to be back by week five, but he isn’t. And no one really knows when he will return.

Seattle will really struggle with depth on the defensive line, though. Tackle Nazair Jones and end Rasheem Green are both inactive. This means Jarran Reed will play a lot of snaps again. So will Frank Clark.

Hopefully neither of these players gets injured on Sunday or the Seahawks will not have any pass rush.

Other inactives will be running back C.J. Prosise, guard Ethan Pocic, wide receiver Keenan Reynolds and safety T.J. Green.

Prosise is once again going through a season where he cannot consistently stay healthy. He is taking up a roster spot that needs to go to someone at a position of need. I know the Seattle brass love him and Prosise appears to be a good guy. But a business decision needs to be made.

Next. Seahawks need to go all in on run on Sunday. dark

Pocic is a bit of a surprise. He wasn’t going to start at guard anyway; J.R. Sweezy was. But Pocic appears to be more injured than the Seahawks are letting on.
