Thoughts on the Raiders 2018 so far

12th Man: What has been your biggest disappointment of the team so far in 2018? But what reasons would you have for the team to improve the rest of the year?

BW: My biggest disappointment with this Raiders team this season has been their inability to put teams away. They held the lead at the half in their first three games, only to absolutely disappear in the second half. With a veteran at quarterback, and a supposedly upgraded coaching staff, that just should not happen. The only way I can see them improving this is to  not take their foot off the gas in the second half, because as Derek Carr showed in Week 4, he can put teams away.

Marshawn Lynch playing against the Seahawks

12th ManMarshawn Lynch will be playing the Seahawks for the first time in a Raiders uniform. Do you think Lynch will be extra motivated to play Seattle? And has Lynch met your expectations since he came to the Raiders last season?

BW: When it comes to Beast Mode, he does not let things like playing against the Seahawks get him more motivated, because he is always motivated. In fact, since Week 12 of last season, he has over 800 yards rushing, which is No. 2 in the league over that span. He has been more than expected, both on the field, and in the community, and the best thing about him is, you know he is going to bring it every time he gets the ball.
