Rounds two and three of the 2019 NFL Draft proved to be quite interesting. Did the Seahawks and their NFC West rivals improve?

The Seahawks kept making moves on the second day of the 2019 NFL Draft. But so did their NFC West rivals. There is little doubt now that Seattle’s division isn’t only one of the best in the NFL for this coming season but will continue to be one of the best for seasons to come.

The Rams already showed they were really good in the regular season of 2018, though their offense continues to mystify in the postseason. Still, with a little tweaking Los Angeles could be right back in contention for next year too. On day two they improved their offense even though it didn’t much improvement.

The 49ers had so many injuries last year it was a bit difficult to see how good they could be in future years. San Francisco clearly thought their receiving corps stunk last year because they did everything they could to get better by drafting two receivers.

The Cardinals finally traded Josh Rosen (to the Dolphins) and on day two took a receiver to pair with round one pick Kyler Murray. Arizona also chose two other players who they hope will be core players in the resurgence.

And our beloved Seahawks had three day two picks that mostly filled needs, but one was a linebacker which is a position they seem solid at already. Did Seattle do enough to build depth that helps them get back to the playoffs this coming season?

The basic question is, did each NFC West team do enough to make themselves better for 2019?
