Seahawks grades versus Saints are not ones to be proud of

Offense
Don’t let the statistics fool you. When it mattered, early in the game, the Seahawks offense struggled.
Quarterback
Hey, here’s a shock. Russell Wilson was great. To a certain degree. In the second half, even Wilson was shaky at times. He threw short on several throws. That said, what would the score have been without Wilson? 50-0? 75-0? Wilson threw for over 400 yards and ran for 51 more. Blame the Seahawks loss on a lot of things, but don’t blame it on Wilson.
Grade: A
Running backs
Chris Carson. Brother, if you are reading this and I know you aren’t, but if someone you know happens to accidentally be reading this, then let her tell you something: Stop it with the fumbles! You are good but you are hurting the team and causing Seattle to lose. Three (or really four) fumbles in three weeks is way too much.
Grade: D
Receivers/tight ends
Tyler Lockett had 11 catches but a lot in the time Seattle was trying to catch up. D.K. Metcalf wasn’t used enough. Will Dissly had six catches. Other than Lockett, I am still a bit confused on how Wilson threw for over 400 yards to this group.
Grade: B-
Offensive line
Weird day. Sure, the Seahawks gained over 500 yards of total offense yet couldn’t pick up three inches on an important third and 1 in the second half. This being followed by a failure on fourth and one. And while Wilson didn’t get sacked, he was forced to run for 51 yards.
