Want to see the Seahawks play the Falcons in week 8? Here is how to do just that and what to look for while you are viewing the contest.

The 5-2 Seahawks play the 1-6 Falcons on Sunday in week 8 of the 2019 season. Both teams have great quarterbacks capable of beating another team. Seattle’s defense is better but with some serious flaws. If Seattle wins on Sunday it will be because the Falcons defense ain’t so good, you know?

Atlanta’s defense is last in third down percentage in the NFL (they give an opponent a first down on third downs, and I promise I am not making this up, 55 percent of the time), they give up the sixth-most yards, the second-most points (31.9), the most passing touchdowns (17) and the sixth-most rushing touchdowns (8). To be fair, Seattle has given up 9 touchdowns rushing this year.

The Falcons will also be without cornerback Desmond Trufant again and he’s actually pretty good. Seattle might be without a bunch of secondary players too, though, and that isn’t good against Matt Ryan. Ryan might have gotten injured last week against the Rams but he will probably play this week.

Basically, if the Seahawks are going to win against the Falcons it will need to be because Russell Wilson and Chris Carson took advantage of a bad Atlanta defense. If they can’t. Seattle will be 5-3 after week 8.
