How quickly can Panthers rebound?

12th Man Rising: What are some of your reasons for hope for Carolina in 2020 and how quickly can they get back to playoff-worthy?

Danny Jaillet: The Panthers will have a new head coach and 2020, and thus they will have a new voice. I think that will help them succeed both in the short and long-term. The fact that this roster is full of both the veterans and youth is also a reason for hope. It’s not like this roster does not have talent. They have it on both sides of the football. If I had to guess,

I would say that it would take them two years to get back to the playoffs. You have players that have been in the postseason before and younger players that can help put them above the rest of the playoff pack. The biggest issue for this team is going to be how quickly they will adjust to the new head coach. Once that happens, they should be ready to go.

12th Man Rising: Who wins when the Seahawks and Panthers play in week 15 and why?

Danny Jaillet: The Seahawks should have no problem winning this game. The Panthers don’t have enough bodies offensively to keep up. Defensively, they have struggled to stop offenses all season. I do not think that will change here.
