We are just a few days away from free agency, expect the Seahawks to be aggressive in free agency while trying to capitalize on the plush cap space.

The Seahawks have clear needs that have to be addressed. Some will be addressed in the draft while others will be fixed in free agency. This article goes over four players I believe Seattle will target in free agency.

We are just a few days away from free agency, where the Seahawks have an opportunity to reshape the roster with just a few signings. With Russell Wilson in his prime and Seattle loaded with nearly $53 million in cap space, expect them to be aggressive in the open market.

Seattle has some massive holes that need to be addressed. The biggest of them would be on the defensive line, all 4 of the starters are now free agents. The second would be on the offensive line, fortunately, it’s shaping up to be what looks like a great offensive line draft. So expect more stop gate signings than top tier players. Finally, the Seahawks will be looking to buy low on a slot corner and bring the defense back into nickel formation as a base defense.

Over the next few slides, I will tackle four players who I think the Seahawks should be targeting in the open market. Of course, Seattle will not sign all of these players, but even one or two of them could take the team from playoff hopeful to Super Bowl contender.
