Surprises haven’t come easy in 2020. However, you will be surprised when these young Seattle Seahawks find themselves atop the depth chart this season.
With the way this year has gone so far, nothing comes as a surprise anymore. Honestly, I wouldn’t even blink if the 2020 NFL season was suddenly canceled. For now, though, we have another Seattle Seahawks campaign to look forward to.
When said campaign rolls around, there should be a few surprises. Maybe a trip to the Super Bowl? Seems like a slight stretch, but you never know. Another blockbuster trade for a pass-rushing superstar? Unlikely, but stranger things have happened. How about a few surprise starters emerging throughout the season? That’s more like it!
In fact, those surprise starters are exactly what I’m trying to predict today.
Whether due to a lack of experience or a surplus of talent currently ahead of them on the depth chart, it just doesn’t seem obvious to imagine them as starters this season.
