The Seahawks are always looking for how to improve their roster. A trade for star DT Kenny Clark could be just what it takes to shore up the defensive line for years to come.

Kenny Clark has gradually become one of the top defensive tackles in the NFL. He can do it all. He can play the run, he can rush the passer. He can do it all with efficiency, finesse, and power. The allure of having the Seahawks trade for him is obviously there.

So who is DT Kenny Clark?

Kenny Clark was selected as the 27th overall pick in the 2016 draft. He was known to be a high energy nose tackle that possessed explosive traits. His main strength was his excellent run defense back in his college days. Although, teams were keenly aware of the potential he possessed in pass rushing.

Many analysts thought the Packers were reaching when he was selected in the first round. His combine performance was less than stellar. He showed a lot of explosiveness on the tape, but the tests showed a different story.

Fast forward to today, he is one of the top 10 defensive tackles in the NFL. His run defense transitioned seamlessly. The coaching staff in Green Bay helped him realize his pass-rushing prowess. He is one of the most complete defensive tackles in the league. So why would Green Bay consider trading Clark away?
