Who starts?

Pretty simple and easy, Jarran Reed and Poona Ford. It is hard to imagine that anyone else on the current roster can break into a starting spot unless there is an injury. However, I wouldn’t be surprised to see Seattle look for free agents to fill in if that happened. Reed and Ford will both have to return to their excellent 2018 forms for this group to have success, as they do not have much help behind them.

Who’s cut?

In an anti-climactic move, I see the two UFA signings Lattimore and Avery being cut, while Mone and Christmas make the roster. The Seahawks have been a team mentioned with potentially signing Damon “Snacks” Harrison, but if that move never comes then Mone and Christmas will have to fill the DT3 and DT4 roles with little NFL experience.

Next. What the Seahawks have in true cap space now. dark

Mone had very limited amounts of opportunities last year, but Christmas was a guy that there was a lot of good news about before he got injured and missed the whole season. I see Christmas taking the lead backup role and having some good performances, but not making enough noise to earn a 2021 starting spot with Reed and Ford potentially both hitting the free-agent market after the 2020 season.
