The Seahawks training camp is nearly a month under way. There have been a handful of players who have impressed. There are others who have done just the opposite.

The Seahawks are trying especially hard to keep their practices and scrimmages under wraps this year. They don’t want reporters posting practice highlights, announcing depth chart information or honestly anything of substance.

The team is doing its best to keep the practices a mystery from competition. They are doing this because opposing teams will be unable to see any of their players in preseason games. This increases the chances of the Seahawks being able to retain the players designated for the practice squad.

Fortunately, for us this decision was just implemented. So we have a pretty solid understanding of which players are standing out, whether good or bad.

This article will not include Bobby Wagner or Russell Wilson. They have both been lights out. Let’s be honest, that is what we expect from two of the best players in the game. The intent of this article is to spot light the ‘other’ guys. The ones where there are still question marks.

For that reason, I am also going to stay away Jamal Adams as well. There is already so much media coverage around him that if you want to know anything, its likely already written about. What I will say, Adams is playing like a human highlight real. At least one highlight type play every practice.

Every other player on the roster is fair game for this article. The Seahawks should be proud of the roster they are assembling. There are a few players really making some buzz for Seattle.
