The Seattle Seahawks are 7-3 with four very winnable games in the next four weeks.

The Seahawks are off on Sunday, of course, as they played on Thursday night in week 11 and defeated the Arizona Cardinals. Seattle entering week 16 at 11-3 is very well within reason, and rightfully, if Russell Wilson stays healthy, should be expected.

Here are four quick predictions of the next four games for the Seahawks.

Seahawks at Eagles November 30th on Monday Night Football

The Eagles defensively aren’t terrible but their passer-rating-allowed is 97 which is just two spots better than Seattle. Seattle is 23rd in the league at 98.4. This means Russell Wilson should be able to throw very effectively against Philadelphia. Plus, 12s will remember that in last year’s playoffs, D.K. Metcalf set a rookie receiving record with 160 yards against the Eagles.

Offensively, Carson Wentz has been pretty terrible this season for some reason. Wentz has 12 interceptions which is worst in the NFL and is 32nd in pass completion percentage. However, as we all know, Seattle can’t relax as their pass defense has been awful. Maybe Shaquill Griffin will be back next week and that should help.

Still, the NFC East is so bad that while Philadelphia is 3-5-1 they are still in first place.

Prediction: Seahawks 31 Eagles 17

New York Giants at Seahawks December 6th at 1:05 pm PT

This might be a tougher game than expected. New York’s defense isn’t that bad. The Giants have currently won three of their last five games and lost the other two to the Eagles and Tampa Buccaneers by a combined 3 points. New York also has a chance of being in first place in the NFC East by the time Seattle plays them.

The issue for the Giants is that they lost running back Saquon Barkley for the season early in the year and offensively they are terrible. New York has thrown for just 8 touchdowns (22 fewer than Russell Wilson) and 9 interceptions while allowing the fourth-most sacks in the league.

Prediction: Seahawks 27 Giants 21

New York Jets at Seahawks December 13th at 1:05 pm PT

The Jets are worse than the Giants offensively. Sam Darnold has been a bust in his career. The Jets have yet to win a game and been outscored by a combined 121 points to 268. This game shouldn’t be close.

Prediction: Seahawks 34 Jets 17

Seahawks at Washington Football Team on December 20th at 10 am PT

Through their first nine games (Washington is 2-7), the Football Team’s pass defense has been very good so if things remain as they are, Chris Carson and Carlos Hyde (and maybe Rashaad Penny?) should be offensive stars of the game for the Seahawks. Washington is 20th in the NFL in rushing yards allowed per game.

Offensively, Washington is awful. The team averages 20 points a game, fourth-worst in the NFL. Washington quarterbacks have combined to have the 26th-worst quarterback rating in the league and Washington’s running backs average just 3.8 yards a carry, 27th-worst in the NFL.

Next. Seahawks grades from week 11 victory over the Cardinals. dark

Still, this is a team coached by Ron Rivera and they will battle until the last snap of the game.

Prediction: Seahawks 28 Washington 18
