Seahawks offensive and defensive grades from MNF win week 12

Another fantastic night from special teams. Michael Dickson is just spectacular at what he does. 3 punts for 156 yards, with an average of 52 yards per punt and 1 landing inside the 20 is indeed, special. On kickoffs, this Seattle team has been good all year long. Outside of the long return in Buffalo, they have to be one of the best. Last night, Cody Barton just laid the hammer on somebody and it got the whole team fired up.
K Jason Meyers went 3 for 3 in field goals and 2 for 2 in extra points. He has had a special season and although he hasn’t been asked to kick too often, he comes through when called upon.
The return game did not yield very much though D.J. Reed still shows flashes of being a very good kick returner. It wouldn’t be surprising to see him return a kick for a touchdown before the end of the season.

David Moore is nothing if not sure-handed when receiving punts and sometimes that is all that is asked for. But Moore has also shown he might be able to get a good return so the Seahawks special teams is a very good unit.
