12th Man Rising: What are some reasons Seattle Seahawks fans should be worried about Sunday’s game against the New York Giants?

Danny Friedman: This game could scream trap game for all Seahawks fans to worry about. The Giants are coming in as double-digit road underdogs and they will be led by their temporary leader and quarterback, Colt McCoy. McCoy is an 11-year vet with some impressive college credentials. He can still lead an offense and run a clean, efficient game.

Seattle has been gashed all season through the air but their run defense has been much more solid. Unlucky for them, Wayne Gallman is in the midst of a five-game touchdown streak and he will get several tries to continue that this week.

Seattle loves the big play and deep throws down the field. That’s been something the Giants defense has done a tremendous job of preventing all year. James Bradberry will hopefully give D.K. Metcalf fits all game and will follow him all over the field. The Giants’ defense has been very opportunistic in recent weeks, and the chance to create some turnovers should be plenty with Russ’ risk-taking and his confidence to challenge guys downfield.
