Player number 1: Kyle Fuller

Given Russell Wilson’s frustrations about the offensive line throughout the offseason, I think the Seahawks have given him a solid group to work with upfront. However, center is by far the weakest part of that group.  Ethan Pocic is still nursing a hamstring injury and because of that, who is playing center week 1 in Indianapolis is still up in the air as it very well could be Kyle Fuller.

The reason why I am looking forward to seeing how Fuller plays on Saturday is because of how important it will be for him to play well against the Colts in week 1 if he does have to play.  The Colts have arguably one of the best front seven’s in football which is led by DT Deforest Buckner who will make easy work of poor center play.

The Broncos also have a very talented defensive line (granted I don’t know how many of their starters will play), so this will be a good test for Fuller and the whole offensive line.

Since this is a revamped group, the hope would be to have all projected starters at least get a few series’ in together sometime this preseason.  Offensive line chemistry is huge and is definitely something the Seahawks need to figure out prior to week 1.
