The 2-3 Seahawks play the 2-3 Steelers (sounds weird, I know) in week 6 of the 2021 season. Here is all you need to know about the matchup.

Let’s start with how different this game will look than any other Seahawk game you have seen in the last decade. If you have a child that just turned 10 years old and they are, rightfully so, a Seattle football fan, then think about this: They have never seen a Seahawks game where Russell Wilson wasn’t involved. It’s different in week 6.

Seattle has a terrible defense (last in average yards allowed per game) and Pittsburgh’s offense is terrible too. If you went to sleep in 2013 and just woke up, I promise this is not a bad joke. The difference in this game will come down to which unit plays better: the Steelers offense or Seattle’s defense.

Seahawks vs. Steelers: Odds, preview and how to watch

Seahawks Injury Report vs Steelers week six

The following Seattle players have been ruled out for today’s game against the Steelers:

Well, this stinks. Russell Wilson who has never missed a game in his life (seriously) has been ruled out in week 6. Seattle’s coaching staff must be looking around like, I have no idea what to expect. I am the same way. As a 12, like all of you, I literally have no idea what to expect from the offense this week.

Chris Carson is also out, so fun! Carson and Wilson out in the same week seems like a bad joke but it is reality. Good news, though! Ethan Pocic returns! (While true, that is meant as sarcasm.)
