The Seahawks have struggled in the first half of this season, but with Russell Wilson returning after the bye week, the Seahawks could make some trades to bolster the roster for the second half of the season.

Currently, the Seahawks biggest issues have been on the defensive side of the ball, with the team struggling to generate a pass rush and questions about consistency in the secondary. They surprisingly have lots of cap space available to go out make moves at the deadline as they have over $12.3 million in cap space for the rest of this season. Defensive line, cornerback, and running back are their biggest holes to fill, and there are loads of bad teams with players who could help improve the Seahawks at those positions.
