After what many people have called the greatest weekend in the history of football last weekend when every game was close down to the last second, could the NFL Conference Championship games this weekend actually be better?

There is that possibility. When the Kansas City Chiefs and Patrick Mahomes play the Cincinnati Bengals and Joe Burrow, fans will get to see two great offenses led by two great young quarterbacks. What is more fun than that?

When the Los Angeles Rams and Sean McVay play the San Francisco 49ers and Kyle Shanahan, NFL fans will watch two intradivision rivals with two excellent young coaches who could be leading successful teams for decades. (Seattle Seahawks fans might be hoping that somehow both teams could lose this game.)

Staff predictions for the NFL Conference Championship games

In an oddity, while the Rams have won the NFC West three times since 2017 and the 49ers just once and overall Los Angeles has been the more consistent winner lately, San Francisco has beaten Los Angeles six straight times. Number seven would put the 49ers into the Super Bowl.

WynnBETfeels confident that the Chiefs will defeat the Bengals as they have KC favored by 7 points. The site thinks the Rams will break the 49ers spell over them as LA is favored by 3.5.
