Trade target number 4: Andre Dillard, LT

Andre Dillard was on my wish list back in the 2019 NFL Draft. He tested off the charts at the combine and showed his explosiveness throughout his tenure at Washington State University.

He was known for sweet feet entering the draft. His ability to bend with the rushers was off the charts. In fact, he placed between the 87th – 97th percentile in the 40-yard dash, 20-yard shuttle, 3-cone, and the broad jump.

Dillard looked like he could become the Seahawk’s future at left tackle back then. While his career hasn’t gone seamlessly thus far. There is still reason to believe it can get back on track. The Eagles’ offensive line talent is just so deep. Dillard has simply had a hard time beating out the Pro Bowlers that were already housing these starting spots.

When he has played, he has been inconsistent. One game he dominants competent competition, the next he has struggled. However, with more repetitions, he should be able to improve.

Dillard after all is just 24-years-old. Offensive lineman usually hit their prime around 27-31. The sky is the limit. He just needs a place where he can get on the field, put his hand in the dirt, and get to work.

Trade offer: 2022 3rd round pick.
