Oh, what a joyous time of year this is. It is kind of weird, isn’t it? I find the off-season to be the most enjoyable time tracking the Seahawks franchise.

Sure, you could argue it is because every Seahawks game requires at least one heart attack. However, it is more than that. I am a number and analytics kind of guy. I love the puzzle that is creating a roster.

Free agency, extensions, trades, and the draft makes for an extremely exciting time period. Through this two-month saga, the Seahawks build the roster for the future.

5 bold predictions for the Seahawks from today through the draft night.

There are a lot of moving parts right now. There are also a lot of holes on the team. I have sat around reading, studying the market, the draft, and analyzing. This type of stuff I am good at. My work outside of writing articles is in accounting and analytics.

I think I have figured out a few of the moves the Seahawks are positioning themselves for. They have a very specific two-year plan for this rebuild. There are a few variables that will affect how they continue to build the roster this year.

However, the general concept is finally starting to come together. The master plan has a few pages that are showing and that we can more or less figure out through the surrounding context.

Over the next few slides, I will outline my predictions for what the Seahawks are doing/the master plan is.
