Way too early prediction of 2022 Seattle Seahawks record

Seahawks vs. NFC South

Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Loss. 

The first regular season NFL game played in Germany features the Seahawks, who unfortunately simply won’t keep up pace with Tom and the Bucs. The Seahawks record leaves Germany worse than it came. Seattle nehmen einen Verlust (takes a loss) in Munich.

New Orleans Saints – Win. 

This is a difficult game to predict. I believe the key to a win will be to put pressure on Jameis Winston. The defense played excellent against the Saints in its 2021 matchup, but the offense struggled mightily. Without Sean Payton to mastermind the offense this season, I think the Seahawks secure a victory in the Big Easy.

Atlanta Falcons – Win. 

Whether it’s Marcus Mariota or Desmond Ridder taking snaps for the Falcons, the Falcons’ offensive situation is a huge question mark in 2022, especially with the suspension of Calvin Ridley. I believe the Seahawks’ rushing offense will perform well against Atlanta’s rush defense which was a bottom-5 unit in 2021. I have the Seahawks winning this one.

Carolina Panthers – Win. 

I have no idea what the Panthers are doing at the quarterback spot. They made a superb pick of Ikem Ekwonu in the Draft, but who will he be protecting. I worry about the ability of the Seahawk quarterback to perform against a great Carolina pass defense, so the team will have to lean on the run game again in this game. I think the Seahawks pull off a win at home in a close game.
