The NFL pre-season is a month away, and as we approach the new season, let’s take a look at the top 5 fantasy players for The Seattle Seahawks in 2022.

After trading their franchise quarterback Russell Wilson in the offseason, Seattle is still deciding on who their primary quarterback will be. Replacing Russell Wilson’s production will be tough and it will be intriguing to see who comes out from the quarterback competition as it will have enormous implications on most of the players for the Seahawks.

Much of the players we will discuss will rely on quarterback play this season. Can Drew Lock or Geno Smith or Baker Mayfield (if he gets traded to Seattle) sustain enough offensive drives this season? There is still a ton to decipher with regards to the passing game in Seattle. These questions will not be answered up until the first kick off in the preseason.

Which Seahawks should you take in your 2022 NFL fantasy draft?

There are a lot of fantasy options in Seattle, however, it will be tougher to decide on which player to draft for your team this year unlike the years past. The departure of Russ created a big void and the gap between him and whoever takes his place is massive.

Even with a down year and an injury last season, Russ still finished with 3,113 passing yards with 25 touchdowns with only 6 interceptions. Due to the uncertainties in the quarterback, the values of the fantasy players in the Seahawks are low and are projected to have a drop-off in fantasy production in 2022.

The fantasy community does not believe that any Seahawks players will have enough fantasy impact next season, and we have not seen these players as low on their average draft position (ADP) compared to other seasons. If you are on the clock, and staring down at these Seahawks players on the draft, you might want to consider picking them, as they might have a surprise return value compared to where they are being taken.
