Seahawks vs. Bears preseason game 2: Time, injuries, streaming, more
By Lee Vowell
The Seattle Seahawks play their only home preseason game of 2022 versus the Chicago Bears. Here is all you need to know about Thursday’s game.
We also still have a lot to learn and gather in the Seahawks preseason games. Will Drew Lock and Geno Smith really battle for QB1 status or will Geno once again eat up most of the reps in the first half against the Bears? Lock at least needs a chance to show what he can do against potential NFL starters by playing against the Bears in the first quarter.
We also need to see Seattle’s rookie cornerbacks play well against a team not wearing their own jersey. Tariq Woolen and Coby Bryant were, at best, iffy against the Steelers in preseason game 1.
Finally, can Seattle dominate the game? Oh, I know it’s just the preseason but it’d still be nice to watch the revamped version of the Seahawks smash another team.
Seattle Seahawks vs. Bears: Odds, preview and how to watch preseason game 2
Seahawks Injury Report vs. Bears Preseason game 2
Well, we will see. It’s the preseason so even healthy players might be kept out. The thing to hope for is no presumed key players for 2022 get hurt. But while this might be the preseason games we see assumed starters like Tyler Lockett and DK Metcalf play, they won’t play the entire game by any stretch.
Seattle will probably announce a list of players who aren’t going to play before game time but many of these players are likely being kept out just to avoid the risk of being hurt.
