Week 14 vs. Carolina Panthers
Seattle will welcome new Panthers quarterback Baker Mayfield to Lumen field for the first time. The Seahawks previously played against Mayfield when he was the quarterback of the Cleveland Browns in 2019.
The Panthers didn’t have a great season (5-12) last year and we have yet to see how Mayfield could help elevate the team.
Prediction: W 27-23
Week 15 vs. San Francisco 49ers
The Seahawks could very well find a way to beat the 49ers late in the season at home. It’s not always an easy matchup and Seattle will have 15 weeks to make the adjustments needed to come out with a win.
Prediction: W 24-20
Week 16 at Kansas City Chiefs
Until the season starts and we see how Seattle plays, it’s difficult to expect them to win against a team that has been to four-straight conference championships. They could still find a way to limit the Chiefs but it’s going to be hard to nab a win in Kansas City.
Prediction: L 20-17
Week 17 vs. New York Jets
The Jets could find themselves in a better place in the AFC East in 2022 with the additions of cornerback Ahmed “Sauce” Gardner, wide receiver Garrett Wilson, defensive end Jermaine Johnson II, and running back Breece Hall.
Prediction: W 21-14
Week 18 vs. Los Angeles Rams
