The Seahawks play Russell Wilson and the Denver Broncos in Week 1 of the 2022 season. Here is all you need to know about the game at Lumen Field.

One of the biggest questions you should ask yourself, though, Seahawks fan, is how you are going to feel to see Russell Wilson run onto the field in a Broncos uniform. Will you cheer because of the (mostly) good memories he brings? Will you boo because he wanted out of Seattle? Or will you treat him as you do most players on other teams, indifferently?

There are a lot more unknowns about this Seattle team than in probably the last 10 years. How good are the rookies really? Is Geno Smith worthy of being a starting quarterback?

We will get answers to some questions on Monday and let’s just hope when we wake up on Tuesday we are happy with what we learned. Here is all you need to know about Week 1.

Seattle Seahawks vs. Broncos: Odds, preview and how to watch Week 1

Seahawks Injury Report vs. Broncos Week 1

Seattle definitely won’t have edge rusher Alton Robinson (knee) and long snapper Tyler Ott (shoulder). Both have been ruled out. Cornerback Artie Burns (groin) is doubtful so probably out as well. In fact, while left guard Damien Lewis (ankle) and running back Ken Walker (hernia) are listed as questionable, they probably won’t play either.

The Broncos listed linebacker Josey Jewell as doubtful and edge rusher Randy Gregory, receiver K.J. Hamler, and offensive linebacker Billy Turner as questionable.

Seahawks vs. Broncos Odds and Betting Pick for Week1

Per BetSided, the Broncos are favored by 4.5 points in Seattle. As home teams are normally given 3 points by rule, this means that BetSided really thinks the Broncos will win by a touchdown.
