The Week 5 game between the Seattle Seahawks and the New Orlean Saints was full of up-and-down emotions for everyone watching.
In this game, the Seahawks showed grit, and determination to claw their way back and try to win this one. However, their efforts weren’t enough as they fell to 2-3 in this early season.
It was a back-and-forth affair between the Seahawks and the Saints, as both teams try to answer each other’s offensive attacks. It was an exciting game to watch if you like scoring, and this game did not disappoint.
Although the Seahawks did not come out victorious in this game, there are still some positives we can look at for this team.
The good and bad from the Seahawks Week 5 loss to the Saints
At this point, the Seahawks will take any moral victory they can take from each game they play whether they win or lose, as no one outside of Seattle is giving them any chance to win. Amidst, the moral victories, this team still has to find a way to harness those and use them to fuel their desire to win the next game.
They can’t always be satisfied with losing, especially to teams that they are supposed to beat.
The Seahawks could have been easily a 4-1 team and leading the NFC West Divison, but after this loss to the Saints, they are a sub-500 team after 5 games. Lucky for them, their division mates are not running away from them in the standings, and there is plenty of time for them to make adjustments and be able to try to compete and be able to be in the thick of things later in the season.
