All about dragons.

The Seattle Seahawks, San Francisco 49ers, and Los Angeles Rams were three of the best teams in the NFL this season. Over the past decade, the teams have been able to make that same argument a lot of the time. Each has had a chance to win a Super Bowl, though, so far, only the Rams have done so.

The NFC West is, of course, one of the best divisions in the NFL, but every division appears to have a weaker brother. For the Seahawks, Rams, and 49ers, that is the Arizona Cardinals. Arizona's team appears to have terrible ownership, a relatively small fan base, and a new head coach every few years.

Will Arizona figure out how to right the proverbial ship? No sign exists that the team knows how, and that is just fine. The Cardinals basically represent two wins each season for the other teams in the NFC West. Everyone knows it, and that includes players, too.

49ers linebacker Fred Warner says something that all Seattle Seahawks can likely agree with

One of them is 49ers linebacker Fred Warner. While a guest on a recent episode of the St. Brown podcast, the likely future Pro Football Hall of Famer, put a creative spin on how the division sees the Cardinals. Arizona football fans wouldn't like what he had to say if the Cardinals had any fans. Seahawks fans will find the San Francisco player's words true and hilarious.

"For some reason, bro, it’s like you ever seen that meme of like the dragons?" Warner said. "It’s like the three dragons, and you got the dragon over there with his tongue out with the googly eyes. Unfortunately, that’s the Cardinals right now."

Warner's opinion is two-fold. One, he obviously put into words what fans of three of the NFC West teams feel about the terrible Cardinals. Maybe with a new head coach, who has yet to be named, Arizona will finally be able to reset its culture and build a winner. That seems unlikely for the obvious reason that the Seahawks, 49ers, and Rams are all better teams and better-run organizations.

The second part is Warner's indication that players in the division know how difficult games will be when they face one of three teams in the division, but that few respect the Cardinals enough to worry about what the outcome will be when they play Arizona.

As for the Seattle Seahawks, the team basically had to win the NFC West twice this season. Once in the regular season, and then again to reach the Super Bowl, as Seattle needed to beat the 49ers and then the Rams. None of that really concerned the poor Arizona Cardinals.
