Good teams win in the regular season, but great teams take care of business in the playoffs. After watching the Seattle Seahawks crush the San Francisco 49ers with a 41-6 win in the NFC Divisional Round, not many people will argue that they're a great team.

However, they didn't do it on their own. Mike Macdonald's team got a huge boost from the fans, with the 12s rocking Lumen Field from start to finish. In a game of inches and details, that type of noise can lead to miscues and miscommunications, and that factor cannot be overlooked.

That's why rookie guard Grey Zabel had to give it to the fans. Following his playoff debut, he gushed about how the 12s took things up a couple of notches to make sure the Seahawks had a true homefield advantage on Saturday night.

Grey Zabel gushes about Seattle Seahawks' fans

"It was one of one, the 12s are one of one. I'm excited for the next game, and it's just going to keep getting rowdier and rowdier. Next Sunday can't come soon enough," Zabel said, per the team's official website.

Of course, Zabel was already familiar with the fans and how loud they can get at Lumen Field. Then again, he had yet to experience the atmosphere of a playoff game at one of the loudest venues in the sports world.

With the win, Zabel will get to experience that one more time this season. The Seahawks will host the winner of the Chicago Bears' matchup with the Los Angeles Rams. Regardless of who gets the nod, it'll be a tough matchup, and the team will need as much help from the fans as they can get.

The Seahawks should probably root for the Bears to win. That way, they'd get a first-year head coach and a second-year quarterback, and having to deal with that type of pressure while using silent counts can probably lead to some mistakes.

Then again, they've also fared well against Sean McVay's team this season, losing their first matchup by one score despite Sam Darnold throwing four picks, and then taking them down in overtime.

Whatever the case, this team has already proven that they can hold their ground against any opponent that comes across them. The Seahawks are just two wins away from another Vince Lombardi trophy, and the fans will make sure to do their part while they can.
