4. Cross & Lucas

Tell me that doesn't sound like a great crime show from the late '80s.

Another reason why Seahawks fans should be excited to see how '23 unfolds is because two rookie offensive tackles from a year ago should be so much better with so much experience under their belts. They say a rookie class is really all about thinking a season ahead, which means this is the year that Seattle will enjoy the fruits of their investments at offensive tackle as Charles Cros and Abraham Lucas take steps to the next level.

That's a scary proposition for Seattle's rivals, who already watched Cross and Lucas handle their business in their first year in the league. That's not to say there weren't hiccups along the way, but rookie linemen are going to make their mistakes, and Cross and Lucas really only made them against the opposing pass rushers you'd expect to force those issues.

The Seahawks line is still very much a work in process with one of the worst interiors in the entire NFL (except for the overlooked Damien Lewis), but OT is coming up roses these days and that should make a real difference offensively.
