Cardinals vs. Seahawks best anytime touchdown scorer picks
By Josh Yourish
The Seattle Seahawks lost to the Bengals 17-13 last week, but it was still a promising performance. Seattle looks like one of the best teams in the NFC at 3-2 and this week they’ll face one of the worst teams in the NFL.
The Arizona Cardinals fell to 1-5 with a 26-9 loss to the Rams last week. They hung around with LA until Sean McVay realized they couldn’t stop the run, so LA ran the ball for 179 yards. The Seahawks could use a similar formula, so I’m backing two Seattle running backs with my anytime TD bets.

Cardinals vs. Seahawks anytime TD picks
- Jaxon Smith-Njigba (+205)
- Zach Charbonnet (+250)
- DeeJay Dallas (+525)
Jaxon Smith-Njigba
The Seahawks made sure that Geno Smith had plenty of weapons this season. Jaxon Smith-Njigba is one of his newest, and they seem to be developing some chemistry. Last week JSN caught four passes for 48 yards and so far this season he’s been targeted four times in the red zone. He’s only caught one of those four passes and hasn’t scored.
DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett are both listed as questionable, so JSN could be a very big part of the game plan this week.
Zach Charbonnet
The Cardinals are not good at defending the run this season. So far, they are 24th in run defense and 25th in yards per rush. They have allowed eight rushing touchdowns, only the Giants, Colts, and Panthers have allowed more.
Kenneth Walker leads the team in red zone carries, but his odds don’t present much value. However, his backup running backs' do. Charbonnet has received five red zone carries this season and has run for 13 yards and no touchdowns. He’s yet to reach the end zone despite 23 carries and an average of 4.7 yards per carry.
DeeJay Dallas
The only problem with the Charbonnet anytime TD bet is his hamstring. Charbonnet is a bit banged up and if he isn’t able to play then DeeJay Dallas becomes an interesting value around 9-1 odds. Dallas has just five carries in five games, he’s also been targetted four times, and two of his five carries have come in the red zone. It’s a long shot, but he’s worth it at that price.
