The Seattle Seahawks are 6-6 but losers of four of five games. The San Francisco 49ers are 9-3 and have won four straight after somehow losing three in a row. To be fair, San Francisco was missing several key players during that stretch. But are you asking yourself, how do I watch this struggling Seahawks team against a streaking 49ers team?

Before I get there, let me just throw in that if the 49ers defeat the Seahawks, Seattle is done chasing the NFC West crown in 2023. I realize most 12s probably assume that chase has been over for some time, but Seattle actually was in first place in the division after a 5-2 start. Now they are in third.

But a 49ers win would make two victories over the Seahawks in 2023 and even if Seattle won their last four games and the 49ers lost the last four, San Francisco and Pete Carroll's Seattle team would have the same record and the 49ers would hold the tie-breaker. But Seattle still could make a run at the postseason, and that's the important part.

Where a person can watch the Seahawks and 49ers in Week 14

But watching the Seattle and San Francisco game play out can be seen on FOX. That would be channel 13 in Seattle. You probably know the FOX channel number where you live.

The broadcast team is Kevin Burkhardt doing play-by-play, Tony Romo doing the color commentary with Erin Andrews and Tom Rinaldi proving information from the sidelines. This is the number one crew for FOX, so let's hope Seattle puts on a good show for them.

You can also stream the game on the FOX Sports app if the game is showing in your area. If you live in the Seattle area, you can stream the game on the Seahawks mobile app and at Seahawks.com. If you live abroad, you can watch the game on NFL Game Pass International.

Kickoff is at 1:05 pm PT (4:05 pm ET and 5:35 pm in Newfoundland). The game will be played at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California, the home stadium of the San Francisco 49ers.
