How to watch Seahawks vs. Browns in NFL Preseason Week 3 with and without cable

The Seattle Seahawks play the Cleveland Browns on Saturday in both teams' final preseason game of 2024. The game will be held on Saturday, August 24 in Seattle at Lumen Field. The game begins at 7 pm PT (so for you East Coast 12s, you'll need to plan on being up late).
The good part about this game is that Seattle and Cleveland are both expected to play their presumed starters at the beginning of the game. That would mark the first time Seahawks fans have gotten to see Geno Smith and DK Metcalf in the preseason. Both of them did participate in the joint practices with the Tennessee Titans, however.
The Browns should be a good test for new offensive coordinator Ryan Grubb's scheme. Cleveland has a great defense and a different kind of one than the Titans and the Los Angeles Chargers - Seattle's preseason opener - do. Tennessee and Los Angeles play the same kind of defense that Seattle does, so the Browns will provide a different look for Smith and the rest of the offense.

Now, here is the important part, right? You want to watch the game. Preseason games can be a little different to find than regular season games. If one lives in Seattle, the regular season games are almost always on CBS or NBC. If you don't live in the Seattle area, 12s would need to find the games on the NFL Sunday Ticket.

If you live nationally (and not in the Cleveland, Ohio area where the game will be broadcast locally WEWS 5), you can catch the game on streaming via NFL+. The subscription is worth the price because it is relatively inexpensive and even during the regular season you can listen to the local radio broadcasts even if you cannot watch the game.

Again, the game should be fun because 12s will get to see a lot of Seahawks starters play. Of course, the contest also marks the last meaningless game before the Seahawks take on the Denver Broncos in Week 1 of the regular season on September 8.
