Who are currently the Seahawks' 2024 unrestricted free agents?

Seattle always has a number of free agents, but this year might be a bit ridiculous. 18 players from Seattle in 2023 are set for free agency. This is a little over a third of the active 51-man roster theoretically.

This means the team that 12s see next season is not only going to look different with the coaching staff changeover but also with who is on the field. This could mean Seattle gets off to a little bit of a slow start as players will still be learning to play with one another. But this could also mean an influx of more talent, which, of course, is more important.

Seahawks' unrestricted free agents

S Jamal Adams
LB/RB Nick Bellore
CB Artie Burns (according to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Burns is re-signing with Seattle)
S Quandre Diggs
TE Noah Fant (re-signing in Seattle for two years and $21 million)
G Phil Haynes
DT Bryan Mone
T Jason Peters
DE Leonard Williams (re-signing in Seattle for three years with an average of $21.5 million per season)

Of the players listed above, perhaps the two who should have the highest priority of being re-signed are Leonard Williams and Jordyn Brooks. Williams is excellent against the pass and the run and was very good after coming over in a trade midway through 2023. Brooks is a young linebacker who might be capable of greatness under new head coach Mike Macdonald.

Bobby Wagner would be a nice re-sign but he is closer to the end of his career than the beginning and Macdonald might want to go younger. Drew Lock will probably test the open market but Seattle should try to bring him back as well.
