We are through two days of the 2023 NFL draft and the Seattle Seahawk draft is shaping up to be a very good one. Plus, a lot of the gems that general manager John Schneider and head coach Pete Carroll have found since 2010 have come in round 5. Heck, the best players Seattle gets from this draft might not yet be taken.

Day 3 consists of rounds 4 through 7. Other than players like Richard Sherman, Kam Chancellor, Michael Dickson, and Tariq Woolen, Seattle has a great chance to get players who are excellent at special teams and provide quality depth. Half of Seattle's picks in the 2023 draft fall on Day 3.

If you aren't exhausted from the first three rounds, just wait. Things will happen fast and furiously on Day 3. Here's what you need to know.

How Seahawks fans can watch, stream, and listen to Day 3 of the 2023 NFL draft

When does it happen?

Rounds 4 through 7 take place beginning at 9 am PT on Saturday. There will be five minutes between picks in rounds 4 through 6, and four minutes between picks in round 7. There won't be tons of time to talk between picks and it will feel like it goes a lot fast than the first round but it will last hours longer.

How do you watch, stream, and listen to Day 3?

Like the first two days of the 2023 NFL draft, you can watch live on TV on ABC, ESPN, and the NFL Network. Just choose which talking heads you like the best and go with that. On Day 3, there will be a lot more general discussion and less talk about the specific picks.
