We are now in that in-between time when minicamps are over but training camps have yet to begin. If there is any breaking news about the Seattle Seahawks, it is likely bad at this time of year. (Here's looking at you, Malik McDowell, for instilling in us all that worry.)

But this is also a good time of year to speculate on just who might do well with the Seahawks in 2023 and which rooies might not yet be ready. Heck, maybe they are all ready to contribute. We have thoughts on that.

But which position units scare us the most? Or which ones do we think will be excellent? We discuss all that and so much more. And as a treat, 12th Man Rising contributor Andrew Bailie joins us for the Seahawks talk part of the show.

There is also a lot of pretty fine and companionship-building talk throughout the episode about other stuff as well. There is a baseball series happening in London? What?! Or what is the best northern Ontario getaway on a budget? Plus, how does Fahrenheit to Celsius work? We explain it!

You probably definitely want to hear this week’s Rob Gordons which are five movies we thought would be terrible but turned out to be pretty good. There might even be a certain actor that has two movies on one our lists.
