The Seattle Seahawks will travel to Nashville to play the Tennessee Titans in preseason Week 2. To be fair, the team is already there. The Titans and Seahawks held joint practices ahead of the game.

Also, to be fair, the game is rather moot. The reason is that many of the starters for both teams will have faced each other in game-like situations in the joint practices during the week. The presumed starters are probably not going to play much - if at all - during the preseason game.

That doesn't mean there is not anything to monitor for 12s during the game. Lots of players trying to hang onto roster spots will be trying to prove they belong. The high-end talent might not be on display, but the intensity will be.

Seattle and Tennessee will kick things off at 4 pm PT on Saturday, August 17. If you are driving to the game, you might want to start, well...like right now, especially if you are coming from Seattle. It'll take more than a day and don't speed! That is dangerous.

You'll also need to know where to go. Nashville is where the Titans play and that is in the middle of Tennessee. The game will be held at Nissan Stadium which is right on the Cumberland River that flows next to downtown. There is a pedestrian bridge to cross the river if you get there early enough to eat and want to walk from downtown to the stadium.

Let's say you aren't going to the game. Likely a wise move as both teams will be resting most of their starters after the teams held joint practices during the week. Plus, watching on TV is just as easy as battling all the people.

You can catch the game nationally on NFL+ with a subscription. If you live in the Seattle area, you can watch on KING 5. This will be a lot better than the KONG-TV mess of preseason Week 1.

Why anyone would bet on a preseason game when few starters are participating is beyond me, but I am not here to judge. If you must know, according to FanDuel the Titans are favored by 1.5 points. The over/under is 35.5 so FanDuel expects a defensive struggle. The moneyline has Seattle at +100 and the Titans at -120.
