Seahawks vs. Giants prediction, odds, spread, injuries, trends for NFL Week 4
The Seattle Seahawks have bounced back in a big way after losing their opening game against the Los Angeles Rams, winning Week 2 and Week 3 against the Detroit Lions and Carolina Panthers, respectively.
Now, they head to East Rutherford for their first prime time game of the season when they take on the New York Giants on Monday Night Football in Week 4.

Seahawks vs. Giants key players to watch
Seattle Seahawks
Jaxon Smith-Njigba: The No. 1 receiver taken in the NFL Draft has been quiet in his rookie campaign. He has nine receptions on 14 targets, but that has equaled only 57 yards for 6.3 yards per reception. He needs to pick up his game for the Seahawks offense to continue to thrive.
New York Giants
Daniel Jones: It is absolutely critical for the Giants to limit the turnovers moving forward, and that starts with Daniel Jones who has four interceptions on the season. He has also been sacked 12 times, which is an abysmal amount. The Giants success comes down to the quarterback and he needs to make something happen even if he's not getting a ton of help around him.
Seahawks vs. Giants prediction and pick
There are three things that I think we know heading into this game. We know the Seahawks offense is good, but we also know their defense is bad and so is the Giants. In fact, they've both given up 5.6 yards per play this season which is tied for 28th in the NFL. Only the Bears, Chargers, and Broncos have given up more yards per play than the Giants and Seahawks.
The one question mark for me is the Giants offense. Are they as good as they looked in the second half against the Cardinals, or are they closer to the version we saw against the Cowboys and 49ers?
I'm not sure, so instead of betting on a side, I think we can feel comfortable betting the OVER in this NFC showdown.
The Seahawks are quietly becoming a top tier OVER team, with it already going 2-1 in their games this season.
