Seattle Seahawks final game-by-game predictions for the 2024 season
Seahawks Weeks 3 through 6
Week 3: vs Miami Dolphins
With arguably the softest start to the season in the league, Macdonald and company get their first big test, hosting Super Bowl-hopeful Miami Dolphins. With no Bradley Chubb or Odell Beckham Jr, the Seahawks get Miami at a good time, and the Geno Smith/DK Metcalf combo begins to really take off, at the expense of Jalen Ramsey. The Seahawks make a statement in week 3.
Seahawks over Dolphins 34-24 (3-0)
Week 4: @ Detroit Lions (MNF)
At 3-0 and heading into Monday Night Football, the hype over this team reaches levels we haven't seen since Russ’s 2020 first half. While Detroit has been a home away from home in recent years, the Lions get some revenge in a Monday Night classic.
Lions over Seahawks 28-27 (3-1)
Week 5: vs New York Giants
If New England isn't the worst team in the NFL, it may be the New York Giants. Does Drew Lock start this game? Either way, the Seahawks' defense puts together a dominant performance as Seattle moves to 4-1 before the schedule starts to heat up.
Seahawks over Giants 31-10 (4-1)
Week 6: vs SF (TNF)
This game has been a painful reality check for the Seahawks in their dreams of contending for the past five years. For a moment, that changes in Week 6. Macdonald proves that he does have an answer for Kyle Shanahan, and Grubb does enough scheming to allow the Seahawks to play keep away from the 49ers, moving to 5-1. The dreams of a Super Bowl run reach a fever pitch.
Seahawks over 49ers 24-21 (5-1)
