The Seattle Seahawks are healthier in Week 8 than they were in several early games. Prior to Sunday, the only players for Seattle that had been ruled out were running back Kenny McIntosh and nose guard Austin Faoliu. Neither player has played at all so far this year.

Seattle did have some key players listed as questionable, however. Receiver Tyler Lockett (hamstring) and safety Jamal Adams (knee) made the injury report but possibly the Seahawks just wanted to fill out their injury sheet because both players were full participants in Friday's practice. Their not playing in Week 8 would have been a shock.

Cleveland was already worse off than Seattle simply because we knew that quarterback Deshaun Watson wasn't going to be available against the Seahawks. While Watson hasn't been overly good since he was traded to Cleveland in 2022, he is still definitely better than P.J. Walker and Walker will start versus Seattle on Sunday.

Seattle Seahawks inactives for Week 8 against Cleveland Browns

Seattle will start the game healthy in their secondary (Adams was likely just listed as questionable for Week 8 because he is basically always questionable, right?) and that should mean that Cleveland has to beat Seattle by running the ball. In his four-year career, Walker has only 5 touchdown passes against 14 interceptions. He has zero touchdowns this year and 3 picks.

Seattle will still be missing right tackle Abraham Lucas who hasn't yet made it back from injured reserve due to a knee injury. Right guard Phil Haynes was unlikely to play as well. Likely filling in for Haynes is rookie Anthony Bradford who has gotten a lot of reps this year and has done fine. Veteran Jason Peters might also have a chance of playing guard. Starting at right tackle will probably be Stone Forsythe who was pretty good there in Week 7.
