1. San Francisco 49ers

Lastly, we come to a team that nearly made it all the way to the Super Bowl last season but came up short from what fans will tell you, injuries. And, those fans wouldn't be wrong. Injuries to the quarterback room killed the San Francisco 49ers' chances of making it to the big game, and unfortunately that's something they had to live with, the way their season ended.

But this year, the position looks solidified and Brock Purdy is healthy, ready for Week 1. What makes the 49ers so good, first of all, is the fact that they also have a phenomenal defense like Philadelphia. At every level of that defense, the 49ers are loaded with talent. They even took former Eagles defensive lineman Javon Hargrave and added him to their already-fierce defensive front.

Offensively, Kyle Shanahan is as good as it gets in dialing up plays and scheming his playmakers open. It's almost unfair that last year, the 49ers went out and traded for arguably the best running back in the game in Christian McCaffrey. Shanahan immediately put McCaffrey to work, using him in several ways.

It's not just McCaffrey, though. The 49ers have another versatile weapon like Deebo Samuel, plus Brandon Aiyuk and George Kittle. San Francisco should be locked and loaded for another run toward the Super Bowl, and Seattle has some major competition within that NFC West.
