Player to Watch No. 2 - Wide Receiver Jake Bobo

Rookie wide receiver Jake Bobo is starting to break out as one of the Seahawks' top young receivers. He has continued to shine following an impressive training camp and preseason. Following a solid performance in Cincinnati, where he caught two passes for 43 yards, Bobo had four catches for 62 yards and an impressive touchdown catch against Arizona. Bobo's play last Sunday was critical with DK Metcalf out due to rib and hip injuries.

With DK Metcalf's status still in question for Sunday, Jake Bobo could be called upon again to make big plays. Bobo's ability to catch the ball, get open, and block in the run game has been remarkable this season. The key to Bobo's success is the effort he puts out each game no matter what the play call is or the situation of the game. He has made two incredible catches the past two weeks either by using great body control or by absorbing a massive hit and hanging on to the football.

Being an undrafted free agent, Bobo has had to earn his spot on the Seahawks roster and he continues to prove he belongs in the NFL. The Cleveland Browns will be the toughest test yet for both the Seahawks and Jake Bobo. The Browns have allowed the fewest passing yards of any team in the NFL and have allowed the fewest yards per game overall through Week 7. Hopefully, Bobo and the Seahawks' offense can match the Browns' physicality in Week 8.
