Seahawks fans obliterate Julian Love for sad tackle attempt on Deebo Samuel

I don't know about you, but I'm not so sure that first half went according to plan for the Seattle Seahawks. It certainly didn't go the way Julian Love planned it, and the 12s are letting him know it.

The Seahawks coaching staff has gotten some heat after losing their last two games. I agree, they should be taking some fire. The issue isn't that Seattle lost, but how they lost. I'll give the defense a pass for giving up 42 points to the Lions since they were missing five key defenders before the game, then lost Julian Love before the first half ended.

The loss to the Giants was horrendous. As head coach Mike Macdonald said after the game, “We got outplayed and out-executed today. That’s what happened. I thought we made some good adjustments as the game went on. I’m not sure what the numbers are saying, but when we did create third downs in the first half we didn’t get off the field.” I'll give him all the credit in the world; the only finger he's pointing is at himself. Maybe he can point a few more, though.

Seahawks safety Julian Love followed up a great play with a terrible one

Safety Julian Love made a great play to force the Niners to punt in the first quarter. Unfortunately, he followed that up with what has to be one of the worst plays of his career. Instead of playing the man, he played the ball. Deebo Samuel made an easy catch and streaked down the sideline for 76 yards. That put the 49ers ahead 10-0.

The 12s wasted no time in letting Love hear about their opinion of his play:

I can't say they're wrong. Heck, Jamal Adams may have even smoked Samuel on that play. I mean, he couldn't cover much, but he did like to hit. The problem right now is that the Hawks are trying to do too much. One play at a time, gentlemen.
