The Seattle Seahawks' final injury report for Week 15 against the Green Bay Packers is certainly not as clean as it was in recent weeks. That all comes with a caveat, though. While Seattle has a number of players listed as out for Sunday Night Football, none were expected to play important roles as Seattle tries for its fifth straight win.

The only real challenge might be for Seattle to get another extremely productive game from running back Zach Charbonnet. Starter Kenneth Walker III is listed as doubtful. He missed Week 14 with calf and ankle issues, and Charbonnet starred in the team's victory over the Arizona Cardinals. It was the UCLA product's best game in his two-year NFL career, so counting on the same kind of game might be a mistake.

The guess would be Walker misses Week 15 as well. Seattle needs a victory to stay in first place in the NFC West, but they also need Walker for the stretch run of the final three games after playing the Packers.

Three Seahawks listed on the final injury report are still on injured reserve: Stone Forsythe, Artie Burns, and K'Von Wallace. Expecting them to immediately come off IR and be productive would be silly. Plus, they are considered to be backups anyway. So is cornerback Tre Brown, who is out with an on-going quadriceps problem.

For the Green Bay Packers, they will once again be missing cornerback Jaire Alexander. He has not played since Week 11. He is a two-time Pro Bowler, though to be fair, the Packers have gotten used to playing without him. He has appeared in just seven games in each of the last two seasons.

Seahawks final injury report designations for Week 15:

  • Cornerback Tre Brown (hamstring) - Out
  • Safety Jerrick Reed II (quadricep) - Out
  • Tight end Brady Russell (foot) - Out
  • Offensive tackle Stone Forsythe (hand) - Out
  • Safety K'Von Wallace (ankle) - Out
  • Running back Kenneth Walker III (calf) - Doubtful
  • Cornerback Artie Burns (toe) - Doubtful
