Jared Allen spent his first free-agency visit in the Northwest with the defending Super Bowl champs as he looks for a contract attractive enough to stay in the league a few years longer.
Allen was in Seattle on Sunday, according to NFL.com’s Ian Rapoport.

After leaving talks with the Seahawks behind for now, Allen reportedly has a meeting with the Dallas Cowboys scheduled for Tuesday.
The Seahawks are working to bring in another defensive lineman and also talked to former Chicago Bears defensive tackle Henry Melton this weekend as well.
The two sides were reportedly in “deep negotiations” before Melton left town to visit with the Cowboys.
Allen is coming off a 2013 season where he recorded 11.5 sacks. He has 128.5 total sacks in his 10-year career.
