Seattle Seahawks Announce Training Camp Schedule
By Keith Myers
You know that football is almost back when training camp schedules are announced. For me, football can’t return soon enough, so this is welcome news.
The Seahawks open camp on July 27th, though the first day of camp will mostly be physicals, meetings, and that sort of thing.
On top of that, there will be 13 practices during camp that will be open to the public. (See list of dates below)
If you want to go to a practice, you’ll need to register on Seahawks.com. Season ticket holders can register on July 11th, while the rest of the fans will have to wait until the 13th to register.
While the VMAC is a much better facility for everyone, including the onlooking fans, this list does make me miss when the Seahawks used to practice at Eastern Washington University. Since the Chenney campus couldn’t be closed, it meant that all practices were open to the public, which was always good for the fans.
Practices open for fans to attend:

- Fri. Aug 3 10 a.m.
- Wed. Aug 8 1:15 p.m.
- Sun. July 29 10 a.m.
