PICK NO. 146

Deandre Coleman, DT, California
Coleman’s 34-inch arms help him burst into the backfield and wrap up ball carriers before they can get back to the line of scrimmage. His versatility is shown by the fact that he can move his large frame (6-foot-5, 314 pounds) quickly. Last season, he recorded 39 tackles and 8.5 tackles for a loss. While the Seahawks aren’t necessarily thin on the defensive line, they could use another big man to rotate in to give Tony McDaniel and Brandon Mebane a breather every once in a while. Coleman would be a nice addition with the team’s first pick in the fifth round.
PICK NO. 172
Nov 9, 2013; Pittsburgh, PA, USA; Notre Dame Fighting Irish wide receiver TJ Jones (7) carries the ball as Pittsburgh Panthers safety Jason Hendricks (25) defends in the first quarter at Heinz Field. Mandatory Credit: Matt Cashore-USA TODAY Sports
T.J. Jones, WR, Notre Dame
Jones could provide another reliable target to Wilson if either Percy Harvin or Rice get hurt during the brutal year. Jones is barely 6-feet tall but he he ran the 40-yard dash in just under 4.5 seconds and, after looking at film, he plays a bit like Doug Baldwin. Reliable with great hands and exceptional route-running abilities, Jones also has a great football I.Q. and he is tough to bring down once he gets running.
