Round 2, Pick 13 (45) –– Paul Richardson, WR, Colorado

Oct 26, 2013; Boulder, CO, USA; Colorado Buffaloes wide receiver Paul Richardson (6) runs onto the field prior to the game against the Arizona Wildcats at Folsom Field. Mandatory Credit: Ron Chenoy-USA TODAY Sports

Richardson was a great selection for the Seahawks, for a number of reasons. First of all, he is fast. And when I say fast, I mean blazing fast. Richardson ran a 4.4 40-yard dash which was the third-fastest time by a receiver and eighth-fastest overall. He has great hands and what he lacks in height (listed at 6-foot even) he makes up for with a great vertical jump and the ability to make plays even when heavily defended. As a bonus, he could be a speedster on special teams as a return man.

Grade: B+
