Round 6, Pick 23, (199) — Garrett Scott, OT, Marshall

It took the Seahawks a while to grab another lineman, but when they found Scott, they found a good one. They guy had a 33 1/2-inch vertical jump at his pro day while standing 6-foot-5 and 295 pounds. He started on the left and right tackle positions at Marshall and was effective on both sides which could play to Seattle’s advantage. Along with Britt, the Seahawks selected two lineman that each have an opportunity to be on the starting line next season. Doesn’t get better than that.
