Draft Pick Additions

  • Round 6, Pick 32 (208) – Eric Pinkins, FS/CB, San Diego State

Pinkins is a solid addition to L-O-B, but it’s difficult to see just where he fits in. Maybe that’s a good thing though, as his versatility could allow for some interesting looks as the Hawks experiment with and figure out his intriguing skill set.

Draft Grade: B

Undrafted Free Agent Additions

  • Dion Bailey, S, USC

The secondary is already stacked and the addition of Jefferson, Pinkins and last year’s draft pick Tharold Simon from LSU is going to make it difficult for Bailey. But his potential and athletic abilities are easily good enough to at least earn a spot on the practice squad and be a developmental backup for down the road. He does have the advantage of perhaps rolling into strong safety depth, which is something that may be lacking.
